Description: The role of the Yorkshire and the Humber EPS Forum is to provide a regular meeting for PCT EPS leads and Project managers to coordinate and drive forward the implementation of the Electronic Prescription Service. The group will raise and escalate EPS risks and issues and also facilitate the sharing of information and lessons learned on EPS implementation.

The key result area will be the successful implementation of the Electronic Prescription Service across the PCTs.

Who Should Attend?
The Forum consists of the following members:
- SHA EPS Programme Manager
- CFH EPS Interface Manager
- PCT EPS Leads and Project Managers
- Other PCT Project Board and Project Team members

Each PCT may designate a maximum of four members, of which three may attend any one meeting.
Date: 13th July 2010 (Tuesday 13th July 2010 - 13:00 for 13:30 to 15:30)
