The course has a strong practical element and involves the use of laptop computers that will be provided for participants at the venue. A good basic grasp of Excel and Word is required.

- analyse workforce data in an effective and appropriate manner
- describe and present workforce data in written narratives
This course will cover data analysis to support comparison thinking, cause and effect thinking, the importance of context, describing data, shaping an argument and layout and design
